Police Blotter 04/08/2014 to 04/30/2014

On Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at approximately 2:32 PM, officers were dispatched to a residence on Leah Way for the report of a domestic disturbance. The complainant said that she and her husband had been arguing all day. During the confrontation Theodore Christian a 45 year old Mukwonago man reportedly was swearing and spit in the face of the complainant. Charges for disorderly conduct were referred to the DA's office.

On Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at approximately 3:55PM, officers were dispatched to an address on CTH I near STH 83 for a burglary. Entry was made by breaking a window. Several electronic items were taken.

On Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at approximately 8:08 PM, officers were dispatched to an address near the intersection of CTH I and Sugden Rd for a well-being check. After investigation at the residence, officers forced entry to the residence to find the resident, a 72 year old female from Mukwonago, deceased from a gunshot wound. Investigation determined the wound to be self-inflicted.

On Thursday, April 10, 2014 at approximately 12:13 AM, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a red Dodge Neon on CTH NN near Nicole Dr. During the traffic stop officers observed drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. The operator, Travis Michalak, 19 of Mukwonago, was charged with possess drug paraphernalia, possess controlled substance, operating without insurance and underage possession of alcohol.

On Friday, April 11, 2014 at approximately 7:31 AM, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a silver Chevy pickup truck on CTH EE. Investigation revealed that the operator, Dustin Kitzrow, 19 of Mukwonago, did not have a valid driver's license. He was charged with operating while suspended and operating a non-registered vehicle.

On Saturday, April 12, 2014 at approximately 5:00 PM, officers were dispatched to an address on Whitetail Meadows Drive for the report of a violation of a restraining order. The complainant reported a 39 year old man from Muskego had been using electronic media to violate a restraining order. Investigation was inconclusive so the accused person was warned.

On Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at approximately 11:45 AM, an officer took a report from a 58 year old Mukwonago man, who resides near CTH I and CTH NN, for identity theft. The problem was identified while the victim attempted to file his taxes.

On Thursday, April 17, 2014 at approximately 5:55PM, an officer on patrol saw a vehicle fail to yield to an oncoming car at the intersection of Beulah Rd at CTH EE. The passenger of the vehicle was observed extending both hands out of the passenger side window with both middle fingers extended toward the vehicle that had the right of way. The driver of that vehicle, Sandra Brunelli-Kornkven 52 from Mukwonago, was given a warning for an equipment violation and cited for failing to yield right of way. Her passenger, Vincent Kornkven 18 of Mukwonago, was cited for disorderly conduct.

On Friday, April 18, 2014 at approximately 8:20PM, officers conducted a traffic stop on a Nissan Pathfinder at STH 83 near CTH NN. The driver James Dennert, 35 of Mukwonago, was cited for operating with a suspended driver's license.

On Saturday, April 19, 2014 at approximately 1:58AM, an officer conducted a traffic stop, on CTH E south of Sugden Rd, on a green Toyota Corolla that he suspected the driver of being impaired. After investigation the driver Kirk Zylke, 19 of Mukwonago, was charged with underage possession/consumption of alcohol, operate without registration lamps, drinking open intoxicants in a vehicle, operating while intoxicated, operating with prohibited alcohol concentration and operating without insurance. The passenger Jesse Beck, 18 of Mukwonago was cited for underage possession/consumption of alcohol.

On Saturday, April 19, 2014 at approximately 12:19PM, officers were dispatched to an address near Red Brae Dr and CTH E for a possibly suicidal subject who was on foot in the area. The subject, a 33 year old man from Madison, had consumed an unknown amount of medications and was experiencing delusions. Officers searched the area until around 3:00PM at which time the subject was located in the residence of the original complainant in a basement crawl space. The officer's evaluation of the subject resulted in the subject being taken into protective custody.

On Monday, April 21, 2014 at 6:21PM, an officer was investigating an abandoned vehicle complaint on Mary's CT. The owner of the vehicle Matthew Zupan, 19 from Mukwonago, was taken into custody for a warrant out of Waterford.

On Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at approximately 12:45PM, officers were dispatched to a grass fire out of control on Red Brae CT. While responding with lights and sirens activated, a vehicle traveling the same direction failed to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle and turned left into the path of the squad car. As a result of the crash the squad car was totaled. The driver, of the at fault vehicle, had minor injuries and the officer was treated at the scene.

On Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 5:14PM, an officer on patrol made a traffic stop on STH 83 near CTH I. The driver Roger Gonzales, 45 from Waukesha, was charged with non-registration of a vehicle, operating without insurance, display unauthorized registration plate and operating while suspended.

On Thursday, April 24, 2014 at approximately 3:12AM officers discovered a vehicle in the ditch at CTH NN and CTH I. After investigation, the driver of the vehicle, Daniel Footland 55 of Palmyra, was charged with possess drug paraphernalia, failing to control a vehicle and operating while suspended.

On Thursday, April 24, 2014 at approximately 5:56PM, an officer on patrol made a traffic stop on a black Nissan truck on CTH I south of CTH LO. The driver Justin Nicholson, 29 of Milwaukee, was cited for operating while suspended 3rd offense and operating without insurance.

On Friday, April 25, 2014 at approximately 6:54PM, officers on patrol made a traffic stop on an Oldsmobile Intrigue STH 83 near Black Bear Blvd. The driver Michael Oravetz, 23 of Greenfield, was taken into custody. Charges for operating while intoxicated 3rd offense, possess controlled substance 2nd offense, possess drug paraphernalia 3rd offense and failing to install ignition interlock were referred to the DA's office. He was cited for speeding, 51mph in a 35mph zone and operating without a valid driver's license.

On Friday, April 25, 2014 at approximately 8:45PM, officers were dispatched to an address on CTH I near STH 83 for a domestic disturbance. Officers took Gregory Walden into custody. Charges were referred to the DA's Office for battery, strangulation and disorderly conduct.

On Saturday, April 26, 2014 at approximately 7:08PM, an officer on patrol made a traffic stop on a Dodge Caravan on CTH I at STH 83. The driver Lisa Walden, 53 of Mukwonago, was cited for Speeding 74MPH in a 55MPH zone and operating while suspended 3rd offense.

On Sunday, April 27, 2014 at approximately 11:06AM, officers were dispatched to an address on CTH I south of CTH LO for a burglary. Entry had been gained by kicking in a door. Officers searched the residence without finding anyone inside. Investigation revealed that the home had been burglarized and 27 firearms had been taken along with some ammunition. A neighbor described seeing a white male approximately 5'10" tall weighting approximately 180 pounds with a light brown or blond buzz cut at the residence the previous day at around noon. He was wearing a light gray tee shirt and blue jeans. The scene was processed and the investigation is ongoing.

On Monday, April 28, 2014 at approximately 6:01AM, officers were dispatched to a physical altercation in the roadway on Sugden Rd near HWY I. Through investigation officers determined that a 78 year old woman from Mukwonago had assaulted two other persons. The subject was taken into protective custody for a medical/mental health evaluation.


Police Blotter 03/23/14 to 04/06/14

On Thursday, March 27, 2014 at approximately 6:15 PM, an officer was dispatched to a residence on Sugden Road for the report of a fraudulent use of a credit card. An unknown suspect accessed and used the victim's credit card number to make five purchases totaling $236.87 without the owner's consent. The card was cancelled and the matter is under investigation.

On Thursday, March 27, 2014 at approximately 8:34 PM, officers were dispatched to CTH I east of Ehr Drive for the report of a single vehicle accident. Upon speaking with the operator, Daniel P. Riley, 55 of Mukwonago, officers smelled the odor of intoxicants emitting from him. An OWI investigation was conducted and Riley was subsequently arrested for OWI-2nd offense. During the investigation, Riley admitted that he had a loaded handgun under the front seat. Officers later located a loaded Smith and Wesson .38 special along with 38 rounds of ammunition in the vehicle. Riley was transported to Waukesha Memorial Hospital for a blood draw and he Waukesha County District Attorney's Office then taken to the Waukesha County Jail where he was booked for OWi-2nd offense and going armed while intoxicated. He was also cited for failure to control a vehicle.

On Sunday, March 30, 2014 at approximately 5:53 PM, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding on CTH EE. Upon querying driver's license records on the operator, Jenna G. Henschel, 29 of Milwaukee, the officer found that Henschel's driving status was revoked and that she had 2 outstanding warrants. She was taken into custody and later turned over to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office for the warrants. She was also issued citations for speeding and operating while revoked.

On Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at approximately 2:35 AM, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. Upon speaking with the operator, Christopher J. Bilicki, 19 of Milwaukee, the officer asked for consent to search the vehicle. Bilicki consented and during the search the officer found 2 glass pipes with marijuana residue in them. Bilicki was issued citations for operating left of center, operating without insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia and released from the scene.

On Saturday, April 5, 2014 at approximately 10:00 AM, officers were dispatched to an address on Sandy Beach Road for the report of a 17 year old male being violent with family members inside the home. Upon arrival, officers determined that the 17 year old had struck his mother and caused a disturbance. He was arrested and transported to the Waukesha County Jail where he was booked for domestic violence related battery and disorderly conduct.

On Saturday, April 5, 2014 at approximately 7:11 PM, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on STH 83 for speeding. Upon speaking with the operator, Samuel J. Suminski, 21 of Mukwonago, the officer smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search was conducted, and the officer located a clear plastic baggie containing a small amount of marijuana. Suminksi was cited for speeding and possession of THC and released from the scene.

Police Blotter for - 03/02/14 to 03/22/14

On Sunday, March 2, 2014 at approximately 4:40 PM, officers were dispatched to the area of Spring Drive and Willow Drive for the report of a possibly intoxicated person driving to his mother's residence in the area. Officers responded to the area and found the subject behind the wheel of his running vehicle, which was stopped on the roadway. Officers contacted the subject and while speaking with him they detected the odor of intoxicants emitting from him. They conducted an OWI investigation and the subject, Curtis A. Laporte, 44 of Menomonee Falls, was subsequently arrested for OWI-1st offense. He was transported to the Town of Mukwonago Police Department for processing before being turned over to the Menomonee Falls Police Department for an unrelated matter.

On Thursday, March 6, 2014 at approximately 9:21 PM, officers were dispatched to a residence on Valley Ridge Drive for the report of a disturbance at the residence. Upon arrival officers learned that Steven A. Jones, 19 of Mukwonago had punched holes in walls, struck a male subject, and knocked a phone from his hands, preventing him from contacting 911 and damaging the phone. Jones fled the residence, prior to officers' arrival, and attempts to locate him were unsuccessful. As a result of the investigation, charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, and intimidating a victim were forwarded to the Waukesha County District Attorney's office against Jones.

On Sunday, March 9, 2014 at approximately 6:00 PM, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on STH 83 for an equipment violation. While investigating, the officer determined that the operator, Mitchell Cesar, 26 of Cudahy, had a suspended driver's license and that he had an outstanding warrant for operating while suspended through the St. Francis Police Department. He was subsequently arrested for the outstanding warrant and issued a citation for operating while suspended-2nd offense. In addition, while investigating, the officer determined that Cesar's passenger, Kayanna Cesar, 24 of Cudahy also had an outstanding warrant for operating while suspended, through the Hales Corners Police Department. She too was arrested for the outstanding warrant.

On Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at approximately 12:44 AM, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle for an equipment violation on CTH NN. Upon contacting the driver the officer detected the odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. Investigation revealed that a passenger, Jason Dzurick, 26 of Mukwonago, was in possession of marijuana and several items of drug paraphernalia, including 3 pipes, 2 grinders, and pipe cleaning tools. Dzurick was subsequently arrested and cited for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On Saturday, March 22, 2014 at approximately 1:19 AM, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on STH 83 for an equipment violation. Upon speaking with the driver, William Gonzales, 26 of Eagle, the officer observed that his eyes were glassy, his speech was slurred and he was delayed in answering the officer's questions. The officer conducted an OWI investigation during which Gonzales admitted to smoking marijuana prior to driving. He was subsequently arrested for operating while intoxicated-drug related. In addition, he was cited for operating while suspended-2nd offense.

On Saturday, March 22, 2014 at approximately 7:50 AM, officers were dispatched to the area of Milos Way and CTH E for the report of a suspicious vehicle, parked on the side of the road, with the engine running, and the driver passed out. Upon arrival, officers contacted the driver, Noah Katzenberger, 28 of Forreston Illinois. While speaking with him, officers detected the odor of intoxicants emitting from him. An OWI investigation was conducted and Katzenberger was subsequently arrested for OWI-1st offense. He told officers he was en route home to Illinois from the Cambridge, WI area and became lost so he stopped to sleep. Katzenberger was also cited for inattentive driving. After processing at the Town of Mukwonago Police Department, he was transported to the Waukesha County Jail and booked for the OWI violation.

Police Blotter for 02/23/14 to 03/01/2014

On Monday, February 24, 2014, at approximately 7:25 PM, officers made a traffic stop near STH 83 and Sugden Rd. on a vehicle driven by a 32 year old Mukwonago man, Angelo Rivera. He was cited for operating with a suspended license and given a 10 day warning for defective exhaust.

On Monday, February 24, 2014, at approximately 10:20 PM, officers made a traffic stop near STH 83 and Saxony Ct. on a vehicle driven by a 44 year old Mukwonago woman, Alison Erickson. She was cited for operating without a valid driver's license and given a verbal warning for defective lighting.

On Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at approximately 10:22 AM, officers responded to South Ridge Pass off CTH I and took a report of fraudulent use of credit card. The victim reported several fraudulent charges. The matter is under investigation.

On Wednesday, February 26, 2014, officers responded to an address off Stone Brook Pass and CTH NN for a report of two thefts. One took place in October when $1,000.00 in cash was taken. The second was noticed on the 25th when $160.00 in cash was taken. They suspected the cleaning person. The matter is under investigation.

Police Blotter for 02/02/14 to 02/22/2014

On Sunday, February 2, 2014 at approximately 12:09 AM, officers were dispatched to the area of Sugden Rd west of STH 83 for an address where a mailbox had been involved in a hit and run crash. It is believed that the vehicle involved is a 2003 - 2007Ford Explorer. Anyone with information about the damage should contact the Town of Mukwonago Police Department at 262-363-5188.

On Sunday, February 2, 2014 at approximately 8:55 PM, officers made a traffic stop on STH 83 on a vehicle driven by a 54 year old male from Mukwonago. The officer could smell intoxicants when speaking with the driver. After Field sobriety tests the male was taken into custody for 4th offense Felony OWI with a minor passenger. Additionally he was cited for Fail to notify DOT of address change, suspended vehicle registration, defective lights and operating with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration with a BAC of 0.08. The name has been withheld to protect the minor passenger.

On Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at approximately 8:00 AM, officers made a traffic stop on Road X with a vehicle operated by 32 year old Mukwonago man Matthew Uridel, for Non-Registration of a vehicle. He was cited for Suspended/Non-Registration and operating while suspended.

On Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at approximately 4:40 PM, officers responded to the area of Isabelle Dr. for a report of reckless driving. Officers made contact with a 17 year old male from Mukwonago for "fish tailing, doing donuts and trying to skid out of control" while kids were exiting a school bus. He was cited for unsafe driving.

On Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at approximately 6:08 PM. Officers responded to an address on CTH I north of CTH EE for a domestic disturbance between a husband and wife. The 47 year old male was drinking and disorderly in the presence of officers his wife and two children under the age of 10. He was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and charges were referred to the District Attorney's office. The names have been withheld pending official charges.

On Friday February 7, 2014 at approximately 1:29 PM, officers took a report of a potentially suicidal 59 year old male from Mukwonago. At approximately 3:27 PM officers attempted to stop the vehicle operated by the male. He led officers on a pursuit that ended at the male's home. He exited the vehicle with a loaded handgun and told officers to shoot him. He was taken into protective custody and charges were referred to the District Attorney's office for felony eluding, resisting obstructing an officer, recklessly endangering safety and failure to comply with officers attempt to take a person into custody. Names are being withheld due to the protective custody.

On Sunday February 9, 2014 at approximately 7:50 PM, officers responded to the area Saxony Ct at STH 83 for a vehicle that had gone off the road. Officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle a 53 year old man from Mukwonago Scott Miller. Officers suspected intoxication and conducted standard field sobriety testing. After testing, Miller was taken into custody for 4th offense OWI. Additionally he was cited for operating without brake lights, operating without insurance and failing to control his vehicle.

On Monday February 10, 2014 at approximately 1:01 AM, officers made a traffic stop on CTH LO on a vehicle operated by an 18 year old Mukwonago man Zackary Friedrich. Citations were issued for operating without insurance and operating while suspended.

On Tuesday February 11, 2014 at approximately 4:19 PM, Officers responded to an uncontrollable juvenile in the area off of CTH EE. Officers took a 12 year old female into custody when she became physically violent and transported her to Juvenile intake.

On Wednesday February 12, 2014 at approximately 9:30 AM, Officers responded to an address on Phantom Woods Rd. for a theft complaint. Items were taken between midnight and 6:00 AM. Items taken were valued at $6,424. Missing are the following items;

On Wednesday February 12, 2014 at approximately 9:07 PM, Officers responded to an uncontrollable juvenile in the area off of CTH EE. Officers took a 12 year old female into custody when she became physically violent and transported her to Juvenile intake.

On Thursday February 13, 2014 at approximately 3:00 PM, officers responded to an address on Forrest Ct. N. for a zoning violation complaint from the building inspector regarding an unlicensed junk vehicle. After the matter went unresolved citations were issued to a 66 year old female from Mukwonago Cynthia Thornton for the 15th and 16th.

On Friday February 14, 2014 at approximately 1:37 AM, officers made a traffic stop on CTH NN east of CTH I on a vehicle operated by 26 year old Mukwonago man, Chadwick Machajewski. The officer could smell intoxicants when speaking with the driver. He said he had one beer. After Field sobriety tests the male was taken into custody for 2nd offense OWI. Additionally he was cited for operating a vehicle without registration lamps and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration for having a BAC of 0.13.

On Saturday, February 15, 2014 at approximately 9:26 AM, officers responded to an address on Westgate Dr. While there officers took a report of theft of a blue plastic kerosene can. The can was taken from the back of a truck in the driveway sometime in December. Around the same time a truck antenna was damaged. The value of the can and its contents is approximately $25.00. Anyone with information about the stolen property should contact the Town of Mukwonago Police Department at 262-363-5188.

On Saturday, February 15, 2014 at approximately 11:33 PM, officers responded to an address on Phantom Woods Rd. for a domestic disturbance. After investigation a 42 year old Mukwonago woman Jacqueline Steffen, who had been drinking previously at a local bar, was taken into custody for domestic battery after she reportedly punched and grabbed a 45 year old male victim. Additionally charges were referred to the District Attorney's office for resisting/obstructing an officer after she attempted to kick officers and the squad car.

On Sunday, February 16, 2014 at approximately 4:11 PM, officers responded to an address on Phantom Woods Rd for a theft of a Front end truck snow plow. The blade was removed the truck and left at that address. It was stolen sometime between the 5th and the 16th at 1:00 PM. The plow is valued at $4,500.00. On Monday, February 17, 2014 at approximately 8:30 AM, officers stopped a vehicle on CTH I operated by a 30 year old Mukwonago man Alexander Dominguez. He was cited for speeding and operating while suspended.

On Monday, February 17, 2014 at approximately 2:52 PM, officers responded to CTH EE at Sugden Rd for a vehicle in the ditch. The operator of the vehicle a 25 year old North Prairie man Joshua Kafura was taken into custody for a warrant through Racine county. In addition he was cited for failure to control/unreasonable imprudent speed.

On Monday, February 17, 2014 at approximately 6:37 PM, officers responded to a residence off of CTH I for a suicidal 17 year old male. The male admitted to overdosing on pills. During the investigation officers determined that the male and his mother were pushing and hitting each other. The male was taken into protective custody and both parties were cited for disorderly conduct.

On Wednesday February 19, 2014 at approximately 9:07 PM, Officers responded to an uncontrollable juvenile in the area off of CTH EE. Officers took a 12 year old female into custody when she became physically violent and transported her to Juvenile intake.

On Thursday February 20, 2014 at approximately 3:00 PM, officers made a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by a 30 year old East Troy woman Jocelyn Evrard. She was cited for operating a motor vehicle while suspended.

On Friday, February 21, 2014 at approximately 3:00 PM, officers responded to Applewood Ln. for a 60 year old man that had been bite by a dog that was running at large. The victim was walking on the road when a German Shepard came out onto the road and bit him on the arm. The dog's owner a 46 year old Mukwonago man John Klingbell was cited for unlicensed dog and having a dog which assaults or attacks.

On Saturday, February 22, 2014 at approximately 3:00 PM, officers took a Mukwonago man Adam Dukovan into custody for 7 warrants issued from unresolved cases in Mukwonago. He was transported to the County Jail.

Police Blotter for 01/01/14 to 02/02/2014

On Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at approximately 12:51 AM, officers were dispatched to and address on Hickorywood Trail for the report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival officers encountered Lupe Medina, 20 of Palmyra banging on the front door of the residence. Officers attempted to take Medina into custody and he resisted arrest, spitting on officers and attempting to kick and punch them numerous times. Investigation revealed that Medina had been drinking at another residence in the area and was kicked out after becoming belligerent. He was transported to the hospital for a medical clearance, and while there, he became resistive again and he exposed his genitals to officers and hospital employees. As a result of the investigation Medina was transported to the Waukesha County Jail, where he was booked for Attempted Battery to a Police Officer, Discharging Bodily Fluids at a Public Safety Officer, Resisting Arrest, Trespass to a Dwelling, Criminal Damage to Property, Lewd and Lascivious Behavior. In addition both Medina, and Placido Mendoza, 20 of Mukwonago were cited for Underage Drinking.

On Sunday, January 12, 2014 at approximately 7:00 AM, officers were dispatched to an address on Pickering Drive for the report of 2 males physically fighting. Upon arrival, officers determined that Sean Carroll, 41 of Mukwonago came to the residence and fought with a male inside the residence. He was also accused of damaging property inside the residence. Carroll fled the residence prior to officers' arrival, and attempts to locate him were unsuccessful. As a result, charges of Battery, Disorderly Conduct, and Criminal Damage to Property were referred to the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office against Carroll.

On Monday, January 13, 2014 at approximately 4:18 PM an officer was dispatched to an address on Leah Way for the report of Criminal Damage to Property. The homeowner found a broken window on his garage. He estimated the damage to be approximately $50.00 and to have taken place within the previous 3 days. Investigation is ongoing.

On Saturday, January 18, 2014 at approximately 8:04 PM, officers were dispatched to an address on Valley Ridge Drive for the report of a male subject out of control and damaging property inside the residence. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Steven Jones, 19 of Mukwonago and determined that he became upset and created a disturbance inside the residence, damaging a door. As a result, Jones was issued a citation for disorderly conduct

On Saturday, January 25, 2014 at approximately 8:28 PM, officers were dispatched to the Phantom Lake boat launch or the report of a vehicle stuck on the ice, preventing other vehicles from entering or leaving the lake. Upon arrival, officers contacted the vehicle's operator Dylan Kading, 20 of Waukesha. While speaking with Kading, officers' observed his eyes to be red and glassy and they noted the odor of intoxicants emitting from him. An OWI investigation was completed, and Kading was subsequently arrested for OWI-1st offense, Underage Drinking, Negligent Operation of a Vehicle on the Ice, and Obstructing an Officer.

On Sunday January 26, 2014 at approximately 7:58AM, officers were dispatched to the area of Westgate Dr. for two addresses where mailboxes had been intentionally damaged by throwing a car tire at the mailboxes. It is believed that the damage took place around 10:15PM the previous night. Anyone with information about the damage should contact the Town of Mukwonago Police Department at 262-363-5188.

On Monday January 27, 2014 at approximately 2:15PM, officers were dispatched to an address on Sandy Beach Rd for a missing Juvenile/Runaway. A missing report was taken for a 17yoa male. The missing report was cancelled on the 30th when the juvenile returned home.

On Monday January 27, 2014 at approximately 3:30PM, officers took a walk in report of theft of jewelry and coins from an address on Willow Springs Ct. That matter is under investigation.

On Monday January 27, 2014 at approximately 5:24PM, officers were dispatched to the area of CTH EE/Split Rail Dr, for a one vehicle (car vs. tree) crash. Upon arrival officers found a black Ford Ranger in the ditch resting against a tree. After speaking with the driver of the truck, Michael R. Bolle-Whiteaker (29 YOA) of Mukwonago, officers suspected intoxication. After Standard Field Sobriety Testing the driver was arrested for OWI 1st offence. Additional citations were issued for Failure to keep vehicle under control, Operating without Insurance and Failure to Notify DMV of Address Change.
